Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
